Avenux Techspire (“we”, “our”, or “us”) built Invly as a commercial application. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our app.

We do not collect any personal data. Invly is designed as an offline-first application. Your invoices, client details, company information, and all other data are stored exclusively on your device. No data is transmitted to our servers or any third-party services.

• Backup ZIP files (created and stored locally)

No Accounts Required

Invly does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use the app. There is no cloud sync, no user authentication, and no tracking.

No Third-Party Services

Invly does not integrate with any analytics platforms, advertising networks, crash reporting tools, or social media SDKs. No data is shared with third parties.

Data Backup & Export

You may create backup files (ZIP format) of your data. These backups are stored locally on your device and are entirely under your control. We have no access to these files.

PDF Sharing

When you share an invoice PDF, the sharing is handled by your device’s native sharing functionality. We do not intercept, store, or process any shared content.

Children’s Privacy

Invly is rated 4+ and does not collect any data from users of any age.
