Terms of Services — Invly

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Invly (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. The App is developed and maintained by Avenux Techspire (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or business invoicing needs, subject to these Terms. The App is licensed, not sold, to you.

3. Purchase & Payment

Invly is available as a one-time purchase at the listed price on Google Play and the Apple App Store. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or hidden fees. Refunds are subject to the respective app store’s refund policies.

4. Permitted Use

You may use Invly to:

• Create, manage, and share professional invoices
• Manage multiple companies, clients, and projects
• Generate PDF invoices and share them via your device
• Create and restore local data backups

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Distribute, sublicense, lease, or lend the App to third parties
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App

6. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, features, invoice templates, and functionality are owned by Avenux Techspire and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The 26 invoice templates included in the App are proprietary designs.

7. Data & Privacy

All data you create within Invly is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your data. You are solely responsible for backing up your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. The invoices generated by the App are for your use, and you are responsible for ensuring their accuracy and compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avenux Techspire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
