Backend lead and our most experienced trainer. He's shipped more Laravel APIs than he can count, and he still answers Slack at 11 pm when a learner hits a wall.
Avenux Techspire is a design, development and training company based in Ranchi, Jharkhand. We build websites, apps and SaaS for clients across India and abroad. We also run monthly programming training, online and in person, in every language and stack we use ourselves.
Founder & CEO
I've spent 20+ years in IT, starting back in the PHP-on-shared-hosting days and ending up shipping multi-tenant SaaS. I started Avenux Techspire out of Ranchi, Jharkhand to do three things I actually care about: design products people want to use, build them with code their own teams can read, and train the next set of engineers who'll carry the work forward.
I've shipped client projects across India and abroad and worked with many learners through our training, running both online sessions and in person classes at our office. Most days I'm still in a code editor. The other days I'm at a whiteboard with someone learning to think in components for the first time. That second part is the one I'd never give up.
Small, deliberate and senior-heavy. Every project at Avenux is staffed by people who've shipped before, not bench juniors learning on your dime.

Frontend first, backend when it's needed. He co-leads the React track and writes documentation people actually read.
Calm hands, opinionated code reviews. She pairs well with founders mid-MVP and breaks builds before staging gets the chance to.
She carries most of our Flutter shipping. She's the reason our mobile apps boot in under two seconds on a six-year-old phone.
He makes our work findable: technical SEO, schema, search-performance audits. Quietly responsible for about half our inbound leads.
We're a small team, and we train people online and in person at our office through our monthly training.
Every block on the page has a job. If we can't say why something exists in one sentence, it doesn't ship. That's the whole rule.
We write the boring, obvious version that's easy to support later. No clever single-letter variables, no abstractions for problems you don't have yet. Your future self will thank us.
You don't learn engineering from watching videos. You learn it by shipping real things while someone senior looks over your shoulder. That's how our training works.
Small team, deep work blocks, weekly demos, no all-hands meetings. We hire people we'd happily spend three years with, and most of them stay longer than that.
Want us to build something, train your team, or just talk through an idea? It's the same form and the same team either way. 20-minute consult, no obligation.
