Terms of Service
The plain-language agreement between you and Avenux Techspire OPC Pvt Ltd for our development work and training programmes.
1. Who we are
Avenux Techspire OPC Pvt Ltd (“Avenux”, “we”, “us”) is a software development and training company based at 37, Bhattacharjee Lane, Upper Bazaar, Ranchi 834001, Jharkhand, India. These terms govern your use of avenuxtechspire.com and the services you buy from us.
2. Our services
We design and build websites, mobile apps and SaaS products, and we run developer and computer training. The exact scope, timeline and price of any project are fixed in a written quote that we agree before work begins. Nothing on this website is a binding offer until that quote is signed.
3. Payments and refunds
Development projects are billed against the milestones listed in your quote. Training is billed per month or per track as shown at checkout. Because we reserve seats and engineering time specifically for you, fees for work already delivered or sessions already attended are non-refundable. If we have not yet started, reach out and we will agree a fair resolution.
4. Training enrolment
Training places are personal to the enrolled student and cannot be transferred without our written consent. We may reschedule individual sessions with reasonable notice. Persistent no-shows or conduct that disrupts other students may end an enrolment without refund.
5. Intellectual property
On full payment for a project, ownership of the final deliverables we build specifically for you transfers to you — except for third-party components and our own pre-existing tools and libraries, which remain ours and are licensed to you for use within the delivered work. Course materials shared during training are for your personal learning and may not be redistributed.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website or our services — no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to our systems, and no unlawful content. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.
7. Liability
We deliver our work with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a project or training is limited to the fees you paid us for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ranchi, Jharkhand.
